Troopers responded to Bower Road in the town of Pleasant Valley for a report of a burglary on Tuesday, Jan. 29.
An investigation found 21-year-old Christian Rivera of Wappinger illegally entered a residence and stole multiple items including an LG television, Xbox console, Amazon Fire tablet, a watch, and a gold necklace, state police said. Kelly was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Pleasant Valley Court.
Rivera was arraigned before the town of Stanford Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond. Rivera was scheduled for a preliminary hearing before the Pleasant Valley Court.
